In the face of escalating global challenges, the imperative for sustainable development has never been more crucial. From the rising impacts of climate change and environmental degradation to deepening social inequalities, nations across the globe are increasingly grappling with the need for a profound transformation. The SDGs were adopted by the United Nations in 2015, comprising 17 interconnected global goals that address a broad range of issues, from ending poverty and hunger to promoting peace, justice, and strong institutions. The goals also tackle urgent environmental concerns such as climate change, deforestation, and marine degradation, while emphasizing inclusive education, gender equality, economic growth, and access to clean water and energy. However, as we approach the halfway mark of the 2030 Agenda, it is evident that progress remains uneven, and in some cases, insufficient to meet the targets on time. It is in this context that the International Conference on Transformation Towards Sustainable Development Goals seeks to provide a forum for discussion, knowledge sharing, and cooperative action. This conference serves as a global platform for academics, policymakers, industry leaders, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and grassroots practitioners to come together and explore how transformative action can drive progress toward achieving the SDGs. By focusing on "transformation," we emphasize the need to go beyond traditional models of development and embrace innovative approaches, whether through policy reform, technological advancement, or shifts in social and economic paradigms. One of the central aims of this conference is to bridge the gap between theory and practice. While much progress has been made in raising awareness and fostering a shared understanding of the importance of sustainable development, translating this into tangible outcomes remains a significant challenge. The conference will offer a space for presenting cutting-edge research, sharing real-world case studies, and promoting best practices that demonstrate how transformative actions can effectively contribute to meeting the SDGs. Besides, this conference will highlight the importance of cross-disciplinary cooperation, bringing together academicians from various sectors to discuss how synergies can be created, resources pooled, and solutions co-created to maximize impact. Through collective action, we can turn ambition into reality and ensure that the world is on track to meet the SDG targets by 2030. Highlights of some of the issues reflected are,
